Sharpen the Saw

When you 'Sharpen the Saw,' it is all about you (or me or whoever). You need to keep a good balance of four main features: body, mind, heart, and soul. Take care of yourself, because you are the only "you," you have. Your body is you, and you need to keep it nice and healthy. Exercise, running, sports' they keep you strong and healthy. Eating healthy and balance your diet. You should do them often, frequently, even daily. Your mind needs energy, too. Its energy and food comes reading, traveling, puzzles, or anything else that might challenge your brain. Exercise your brain like exercising your body, like “Verb! It’s what you DO!” After feeding your mind and body, you need to work on your Relationship Piggy Bank (or heart), cause it is HUNGRY! Loyalty, trustworthiness, honesty, and small deeds; they all fill your RPB (Relationship Piggy Bank), whether big or small. It makes you feel good inside and out, just like laughing. Do not be shy about it, LOL! You know LAUGH OUT LOUD! It is not a crime you know, it is just being positive. In addition, death…is…NOT the answer (pain is not either). The fourth thing you need to balance EVERYTHING out is your soul. It is when you are relaxing and trying to calm everything down. You can do so~ many things even better, if you can relax~. Taking time off is good, but too much is the same as none at all. Find something you enjoy doing and DO IT! Meditating, praying, and getting closer to nature. Just go with the flow, and do whatever “Floats your boat.” However, when you start something, do NOT get addicted. It is NOT good! Gross! If you excel in only one of the four, stop and work on the other three. Because if you working on one and doing the best, then your failing at another and doing the worst. Balance is best! Do yourself a favor and do not forget it. :D
